Check-in is expected between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. If you are running late we kindly ask you to let us know by calling the front desk at +39 3479800697.

Check-out must be done by 10:00 am.

All guests of the resort must be registered at the front desk upon their arrival

Cabins can be slowly reached by car for loading and unloading of luggage. Onwards, cars must be left in the designated parking, from which you can enter and exit any time using a badge.

At check-out, cabins must be left in original condition. Dishware must be clean and placed in the designated cabinets. The garbage must be taken out and thrown in the recycling area at the entrance of the resort.

It’s strictly forbidden  to unplug the electric life saver or play with the water heater. For assistance call the front desk at +39 3479800697 (during regular hours) or +39 347 4227601 (during night hours).

The main gate will be closed from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. During this time, no vehicle will be able to enter, exit or transit in the resort, unless for emergencies. The entrance parking is open 24/7.

THE BARBEQUE AREA is available upon reservation. Only charcoal must be used. It’s strictly forbidden to use wood or open flames, even if just to turn the grill on. Grills must be left in clean condition and it’s mandatory to verify that the charcoles have completely cooled before leaving the grill unattended.

The playground and the sports fields are free of use for all guests. Children must be supervised by an adult. The facility is not liable for injuries.

Dogs must be leached and it’s mandatory to clean after them.

All guests must review the resort’s rules placed near the front desk.

Please note: we are a resort in the mountains, internal streets are narrow, bumpy and may be on an incline. With heavy snow it’s not always possible to reach the cabins by car without snow tires. We will help you bring your luggage to the room and the car can be left at the entrance parking.
