Payment through credit card, bancomat, wire transfers and satyspay are accepted.

The tourist tax is an extra cost (when applicable) and there is a supplement for pets.

The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of reservation made.
DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT TO COMPLETE A RESERVATION?
Yes, a deposit is mandatory to complete the booking of a reservation (wire transfer or credit card)
DO WE HAVE TO PAY A SECURITY DEPOSIT?
A security deposit may be asked
HOW MUCH IS THE CLEANING FEE?
A cleaning fee is already included in your stay. An extra fee may be asked when a deep clean of the kitchen (dirty dishes, trash removal) is necessary.
DOES THE DAILY FEE INCLUDE TAXES?
No, the tourist tax must be paid separately.
ARE PETS WELCOME?
Yes, animals are welcome.
An extra cleaning fee is charged.
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
CHECK-IN: You can retrieve your keys at the front desk from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If you are planning to arrive after 7:00 pm, contact us to schedule your check-in.
If you arrive before 3:00 pm, and if your apartment is ready, we will be glad to check you in right away!
CHECK-OUT: has to be done by 10:00 am. A late check-out is available for an extra fee on request.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING IN THE APARTMENT DOESN’T WORK?
We ensure that everything in our apartment is functioning before your arrival, but if issues were to arise, you can contact us 24/7 at +39 347-98006987.

Cleaning services during your stay can be arranged at an extra cost on request.

Verify that you have all your belongings, turn down the heating, verify that you cleaned the kitchenette, that you emptied the trash, and return the keys to the front desk or in the designated box.

No, unfortunately it’s not possible to add extra beds other than a crib.

Yes, it’s safe to drink.

Yes, all kitchens are provided with salt and oil.

A microwave, fridge and hair dryer.

DO YOU ORGANIZE TRANSFERS?
